We work with employers seeking to bring on highly-skilled foreign talent and guide clients through the temporary and permanent immigration process, including visa petitions for foreign workers.
Our immigration practice includes representation of clients before administrative and labor tribunals as well as before U.S. embassies and consulates. In addition to our employment-based immigration practice, we represent individuals in deportation proceedings, refugees facing persecution, permanent residents seeking to naturalize to U.S. citizenship, and families who wish to reside together in the U.S. Our litigators pursue immigration-related actions in federal court.
