Giffen & Kaminski is proud to announce that Danielle Linert is a certified specialist in the practice of labor and employment law by the Labor and Employment Law Specialty Board of the Ohio State Bar Association.

The OSBA “specialization program” was created to give licensed Ohio attorneys the ability to become certified as specialists in particular areas of law. The Ohio State Bar Association is accredited by the Supreme Court of Ohio Commission on Certification of Attorneys as Specialists (CCAS).

GK Wins Unanimous Jury Verdict in Lender Liability Case

Giffen & Kaminski recently defended lender liability claims by a minority shareholder of the borrower against its lender. After two and a half weeks of trial, but after only six hours of deliberations, the jury returned a unanimous defense verdict.
